Four analytics surfaces

Every number earned, not entered.

Delivery Rate

On-time project completion tracking

Delivery rate measures the percentage of project milestones and cycles completed on or before their committed date. It is calculated automatically from task status and deadline data - no manual input. You see delivery rate per project, per client, and across your entire portfolio. When a cycle closes late, delivery rate updates in real time.

  • Calculated from actual task and milestone dates
  • Per-project, per-client, and portfolio-level views
  • Historical trend going back to workspace creation
  • Drill down to see which milestones drove a rate drop
  • Target delivery rate setting with alerts below threshold

Revenue Health

Billable revenue vs. billed vs. collected

Revenue Health tracks three numbers for every project: what was billable based on time logged and milestones, what has been invoiced, and what has actually been collected. The gap between billable and billed is unrecovered revenue. The gap between billed and collected is outstanding receivables. Both are surfaced automatically.

  • Billable revenue from logged hours and milestone triggers
  • Invoiced amount from billing module
  • Collected amount from Stripe payment confirmations
  • Outstanding receivables per client at a glance
  • Monthly revenue trend chart per client and total

Team Utilization

Billable hours vs. total hours logged

Utilization measures what fraction of each team member's logged hours were billable to a client project, versus internal or unbillable work. High utilization means your team is generating revenue. Low utilization surfaces either over-capacity or significant non-billable time. Both patterns are worth understanding.

  • Per-member billable vs. total hours per week
  • Utilization trend over time
  • Project-level breakdown of where non-billable time went
  • Capacity vs. actual hours comparison
  • Alert when a member's utilization drops below target

At-Risk Alerts

Problems flagged before they become misses

At-risk alerts surface when a project is showing early warning signs: a cycle running significantly over estimate, a milestone with no task progress in the last 5 days, a billing run coming up with no hours logged, or a client who has not opened the portal in two weeks. You see the alert in time to act, not after the fact.

  • Cycle over-run alerts before the deadline
  • Stale milestones flagged at 5 days without progress
  • Missing time logs before a billing cycle
  • Client portal inactivity over configurable threshold
  • Budget overage alerts at 80% and 100% of estimate

How it works

Work once, insight continuously.

01

Work happens, data accumulates

As your team logs hours, moves tasks, closes cycles, and hits milestones, SyncHq captures every timestamp. No manual reporting step. The analytics dashboard is a live view of what is already happening.

02

Monday morning, open the health dashboard

Three numbers greet you: delivery rate this month, billable vs. billed revenue, and at-risk projects. One view tells you whether your business is healthy or whether something needs attention today.

03

Drill into specifics, then act

Click an at-risk alert to see which tasks are stalled. Click a revenue gap to see which client has outstanding invoices. Every number links back to the underlying data so you go from insight to action in one click.
